Thinking about how composition effects the reading of an image, I really like these high contrast images of me getting ready for a night out, as they encompass what it feels like for me to be in that moment. The brightness of the light attracts then burns yours eyes, making it hard to look at the figure, the abstract angle of the shot gives of readings of wanting to be out of the spot light which directly contrasts with the act of putting on make-up.
