Greensleeves re-worked Performance
I chose to re-write the lyrics to Greensleeves, a historical important medieval ballad.
I aimed the lyrics to fit a sea shanty to link into the work I am currently doing,
Through out my practise I have been taken the old and mixing it with the new. This hybrid mix of the two creates a resurrection of traditional melodies, I chose to sing this myself as I am interested in the imperfections of the voice, and the identity that lies within it.
