The way sound behaves on the street is quite different to the way it behaves in a building I am noticing. However certain instruments seems to be designed to bear this in mind, the accordion for example seems to be almost like an alive animal, as it breathes in the outside air into its giant lungs then breathes it out with every squeeze. The sound for me is reminiscent of a time long since pasted, there seems to be a texture to the music that I can almost feel around my face as I listen to the music, It feels like sheep wool to me.
