Reflection
I have been walking by these circuit boxes every day now for three years, and I've always been curious as to what they are, my first thought is lights but i'm no expert. Whatever they are they seem like something to play with although i'm not sure how yet. I will be thinking about it regularly until I can think of some intervention that can be made to them.
